Lithuania’s Foreign Minister Landsbergis to discuss the NATO summit in Vilnius with the NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg
On 24 January, Lithuania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Gabrielius Landsbergis will meet with the NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at NATO headquarters and discuss NATO’s summit to be held in Vilnius on 11 and 12 July.
Landsbergis will also chair a meeting, which will be attended by Lithuanian foreign and defence policymakers, heads of Lithuanian diplomatic representations to NATO countries, leaders of NATO and the Ukrainian Ambassador to NATO.
The participants will discuss the priorities of NATO’s summit in Vilnius, the strengthening of deterrence and defence, Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic aspirations, practical and political support, Finland and Sweden’s future membership of NATO, and the Alliance’s partnership with the Indo-Pacific partners.
